Do you tin eyelets?

    Those of you who have built amps based on eyelet boards, just curious, do you guys tin the eyelets before installing the components?

    The ones I buy are already tinned.

    I bought a bunch from mojo that aren't tinned,so I tin them after installing them.It's better to get the tinned ones from mouser.

    I usually wire brush dremel the un-tinned ones first to get any oxide off. Then when you solder it'll take the solder anyway.

    That's a swell idea. I'll have to pull my dremel down to the bench :)
