My Way?

I am planning to do a chord melody arrangement at my MIL's funeral a week from Monday.

I have found one online but its just chords and no melody and I suspect the chords are not correct as I think the first little bit is a walkdown thing which is D | Dmaj7 | D7 | B7 sus | B7 (if Im close... I havent sat down with it yet Im just going with what my head hears right now)

I could be wrong and probably am which is why Id like the chart if anyone has it.

I appreciate it guys. It was my MIL's favorite song and she asked me a month ago if I would do it at her funeral. I just didnt think it was coming this fast.

The plan is to have the lyrics on the screen along with pictures while I play.

In D I would play something like:
D F#m/C# F#m7b5/C B7susB7 Em Em/D A7/C#-A D
D D7 G Gm D/A A7 Em/D D

Bpart: D D7 G G Em7 A7 F#m7 Bm7 Em7 A7 Em/D D

Usually played AABA BA

D F#m/C# F#m7b5/C B7susB7 Em Em/D A7/C#-A D
D D7 G Gm D/A A7 Em/D D

Bpart: D D7 G G Em7 A7 F#m7 Bm7 Em7 A7 Em/D D

Usually played AABA BA
A variation is to play an E bass on the Gm (making it Em7b5), which leads - via passing Bb bass - nicely into the D/A.
