I have one, built about 6 months ago, and it does not have a buffer.
Best wah I've ever had, and I have had mostly every one.
It does have the standard wah/fuzz issue (I have a MJM Britbender/Roctavious/London). I have other fuzzes that aren't true vintage circuits that work well with it, Skinpimp MKIII, Skreddy Screwdriver/Lunar Module.

Do you think for a little extra cash he'd be able to put it in for me? Or is it an easy mod that I would be able to do myself?

Alright, I'll shoot him an e-mail right now.
To answer your question. Mine is an older Ulysses Wah. It's true to the cloned Vox Wah. So, I'm sure it doesn't have a buffer. But I think Mike does it if you ask one.

CheezerRox, on the buffer front, they are VERY easy to install and you can buy them from FoxRox or AnalogMan will install them in an outboard box for you and then you just put it in your pedal chain between your wah and fuzz...

Can I get a buffer just to put in my wah, like, not as a pedal? Just to save some space.

It looks like I'll just be getting the Foxrox buffer to install myself. Sounds like a fun little project, and will definitely be worth it. Thanks to everyone for their time and help.
