Here's what I'd like to find:
A 2 6V6 combo amp closely derived from the Deluxe Reverb, but on an aluminum chassis and with a single 10" speaker. Weight less than 30 lbs. Output between 15 and 20 watts. Robustly built, no parts made of unobtainium, preferably point to point. Anything like that out there?

My Retro V would work, although someone already bought it (an Indy guitarist from Austin that wanted a truly unique amp and sound). The circuit was based on the 6G3 Deluxe (12AX7 preamp and long-tail-pair PI into 6V6's). I'm considering what to build to replace it.

Oh wait. You want reverb. That would be a Princeton Reverb.

I've considered building a Princeton Reverb with a Deluxe power transformer, which would be cool.

The Carr Rambler is pretty close to that. May want to check it out.

Thanks for the replies. The Rambler is 6L6s and 12". The Princeton Reverb is close, but the chassis is steel. I'll probably end up getting an Allen Sweet Spot or a silverface Princeton in bad shape to mod, but wondered if there is anything with an aluminum chassis and a little lighter total weight out there.
