no. truss rod adjustment is at the neck. not that fender has not done a headstock trussrod but this is not a custom shop. you could always ask the seller to take pics under the pickguard to see if it is stamped.

That guitar is NOT American. The cheap tuners spill the beans. It already has bids higher than I would bid.

I took another look. The trem block is a cheapie too. Most likely a Chinese Squire with a new logo. Don't walk, run away from this one. Again this is only my opinion.........................

    That is just nasty!

Bridge/saddles and tuners are big giveaways that this is not a custom shop piece. I'd wager it's Chinese/Indonesian Squier.

I thought eBay closed down deliberately misleading listings. Hmm.

Yes, it was the tuners that first jumped out at me. It's also just plain ass ugly, IMO. Pity that there are already 13 bidders. You can bet some of them think they're bidding on a Fender CS piece.

Edited to add: The auction just ended with the winning bid of $228.50

The pickguard doesn't look like a Fender either...the way the space for the humbucker is cut has too sharp of corners...not fender.

It's a genuine Partscaster of dubious origins and luckily no one got fooled into paying Custom Shop prices for it.

That is a Squire..... those cost around $99 new - he cut the pickguard, crammed a humbucker in the bridge, put a Fender Logo on it and belt sanded the body.

The body shape looks wrong too. Just the way the seller writes is enough to steer me away.
