Does this exist: a looper with both quantize/bpm sync and delay?

I'm looking for a pedal with the following:

• looper with BPM sync/quantize (I know the Boomerang and RC50 have this--any others?)
• a selection of delays (tape, mod, etc.)

The Timeline is close but it seems to have no BPM sync/quantize for the loop function, as opposed to the delays--does such a pedal exist?

*EDIT--I should add I know the RC-300 has limited built-in delay, but I've found that the bpm sync is essentially useless unless you are using it as a master.

Unless I'm missing something this doesn't appear to be correct--none of the Jamman pedals appear to have midi jacks (to clarify by "BPM sync" I mean with external midi).

Oh, you meant by midi. My fault. I read your post incorrectly, you can sync the delay with the loop on the Digitech. I had them mixed up.

There is a pedal time traveler by tapestry audio to sync two pedals without midi.... But dat means another pedal

i dont know of anything that does both of these - BUT - i have a timeline and am getting a pigtronix infinity. that'll do : )
