    Totally Luv this kind of groove my friend .. Excellent take on it

    It's interesting because, you played over these two major chords
    with a more of minor emphasis ... & it sounds very cool!!

    When I got out my axe to play along with it,
    I found myself migrating to more of a major scale...

    This one here:

    E, F, G#, A, B, C, D, E

    Try it for fun .. just to hear the contrast..
    Actually it would be cool use both the minor/major third ...

    Hehe yeah...the acoustic player went for a more major feel as well....but the singer made me go for a more minor approach....
    I really need to get an acoustic again by the way!!
