These are my questions too, particularly that smooth sustain tone on the Tele vid. Wondering if that is translating the same way for those who've bought the pedal?

I've only had a day or so with it, and in my case it's a niche sound so I wouldn't use it all the time -- but I do have to say it's pretty amazing how well I hear the different components of that signature sound come out of a single stomp box.

Starting to bond with my Dover Drive - I adjusted the internal Bias pot to about
5:30 - not all the way up, but backed off a bit. Found all the way up to be too compressed.

Also, I have the EHX Soul Food before it, and it boost's the Dover Drive very well - it adds a good midrange that helps brighten up the Dover Drive a bit, depending on how you set the Soul Food. A very good match together!

I used my Dover Drive last Sunday for a church gig, on every song! It sounded that good! This time I boosted it with my Spaceman Saturn V, in front of it, and that combination sounded great. The Spaceman adds some sparkle and harmonic content to it very nicely. I'll have to also try it with my Timmy, which is also a great booster for OD's.

The Dover Drive has a good amount of midrange that cuts through a band mix very well.
