Dual Rectifier cabinet

I need a cab for my Dual Rec. Sold my Orange PPC212 to a friend and wondering if the grass is greener elsewhere.

For a modern metal guy should I just wait and buy another Orange or is something else more up my alley?

Get a 280w(or 360w) Recto 4x12.

V30's are essential. If you want a 2x12 then the mesa horizontal is awesome. The mesa traditional 4x12 is just as awesome. I use an old Bogner straight 4x12 with British V30's with my recto. No complaints.

The Orange PPC412 sounds great with Rectifiers. It’s no lightweight though.

One of the closed back orange cabs, or a Mesa recto cab seems like the most natural fit.

Any quality V30 cab will do the trick. As mentioned above, the Mesa horizontal 2x12 is quite nice.

Get a Mesa 4x12, they have OEM Vintage 30’s that are voiced a little differently to the regular ones in an Orange and pretty much everything else. They unsurprisingly work great for Dual Rectifiers.

My favourite is the straight cab with the slant baffle inside.
