I hear the tone of the MI Tube Zone is pretty unreal. I was wondering if anyone has had them customize a dual version that way you could switch between the marshall/mesa sound.

Is there anything similar to this idea that another pedal has already done that sounds as good as the Tube Zone? If not, maybe I'll just buy two.

Buy two you cheap bastard!:rotflmao :p

That would be cool if you could have a Crunch Box and Tube Zone in one pedal though.

I`ve just been messing with my TZ right now:RoCkIn

That would be the pedal to end all pedals if it did have 2 chanels in there!!!!!!!

I`d even be happy to have 2 footswitchable gain levels on there!! i`ve had mine 2 weeks now and i`m still finding new sounds in here

I had a Blues Pro and sold it.

Now I have a TZ and I dial it in to sound like a Blues Pro :S

I got an email back from MI Audio saying that...

    "Hi Ryan,

We are currently talking to Brett Garsed about a signature pedal, which is a dual Tube Zone in one case. This will probably be about US$290

    Regards

    michael"

I emailed them back asking for an approximate date and would they start making me a custom one now...:)

You could just get both a Crunch box and a TZ. I have both, you also end up with a back up to the other. Same price as a TZ/CB hybrid but....i have 2:)

Why not go for the real thing? Siegmund Microtube DoubleDrive. Dual/Triple gain stage...2 microtubes. Not some starved plate or imitation design, but real tubes working like a real tube preamp...taking a meaty power supply.

You know, I was thinking that a Blue Boy Deluxe and a TZ in one box might be nice. . .

MI made me a dual TZ (the original 3 knob version)...

...it was actually in a box not much bigger than the current single TZs, but since they're 6 knob now, you need a much bigger box. Anyway, the one I had, had much less flexible EQ so wasn't as able to dial in very different gain styles.

This Brett Garsed one will be coated in 1kg of chrome.:Devil
