As I recall he owns Peter Green’s Les Paul
It's not Richard's guitar to sell...he's not the owner.
Oh - and Duane's SG just sold for 500k+ yesterday.

And like The Eagles said, “Take It Easy”!
Ah...always assumed he was the owner since he was out and about with it.
For those not paying attention, the guitar got a $1M bid, and the auction is now closed.
Hopefully it’ll still see the light of day every once in awhile. A million bucks, though...prolly not.
Can you imagine what Page’s burst is gonna wind up going for in the future?
I know of several folks in the running. If person A got it, you'll never see it again. If person B got it, you may see it somewhere. But who knows who got it.
At that dollar amount I just always assume Irsay.
Such a beautiful way to put it, bravo.
No need to bellyache about it then, brotha!
I was astounded when it was announced they’d supposedly replaced the strings on the Mitch Mitchell Hendrix Strat prior to it going to auction ... like it was a positive deal maker!
I imagine it would get more than 1 bid.
I got five on it.
Do we know who bought it?
No. I know some folks who know, but I can't get them to share (sworn to secrecy).
I AM told it wasn't Irsay.
i grew up hearing 'Oh Well' on WCMF pretty often, of course having no idea that it was Fleetwood Mac until years later. thankfully i don't recall ever hearing Gary Moore.
WCMF is still around but doesn't play everything they did back in the day. The only version of any early FM tunes they play are live ones with the Lindsey era lineup.
