Hmmmm...am I the only one who thinks that Evilbay auctions with "...I believe..." are almost certainly a lie?
That's used car salesman 101 with plausible deniability.

Dumble or not I think Ray Charles could have wired up a neater amp with better lead dress than that rat's nest.

That amp has been around the block a time or two.
I remember seeing it at an amp forum where the "dumble experts" dismissed it as authentic.

"When I first plugged in I was confused because the tone stack is subtractive not nessarily roll of pot but sort of, but it is extremely effective! The amp has a tight bass response but plenty of bass (it never seems to get muddy) you can dial in the perfect amount of mid and treble. Clean, the amp is sparkling and rich with amazing harmonic overtones. When you get into more overdrive tones it stays clear (if you strum a cord you can clearly hear all the notes) while becoming very touch responsive, if you set the volume right you can go from clean to mean in the same note with only your volume pot on the guitar.

    ..................

The amp does not come with any power tubes and will need to have the new ones biased in."

Did I just stumble into the miniamp thread by mistake? That's quite an amp description!

This again! I saw this the first time it was put up and I booked marked it. I will see if I still have it and I remember it correctly it only sold for about $150 at most. This guy just needs to stop :mob

Huh? That auction was dismissed as deceptive fraud by a piece of lying **** on the amp forum. I reported him to Ebay for his clearly fraudulant claims as well. Just saying since you seemed to say that the "experts" said it was authentic.

Of course, I am sure you made a typo? ;)
