Dummy Loads / Speaker Simulators?

Just got my amp in working order, but I can't really open it up, at my apartment.

I've never researched dummy loads / speaker simulators, so I was wondering if there is anything decent, under $200?

My Bandmaster Reverb has a line out on it, but I would still need something plugged into the speaker output.

Under $200? If you already have recording software/interfaces, you could just buy a used Hotplate or something (or make you're own, I suppose) and use a software cab sim. Otherwise, maybe the Hotplate to a H&K Redbox or Palmer PDI-09 or similar, using a mixer and headphones (again, assuming you already have a mixer and phones)...

The $200 mark could be tricky.
