Dummy Loads / Speaker Simulators?

Finally got my bandmaster reverb working again, but now I'm in an apartment, and can't really use the speakers/cab too often.

I've never researched dummy loads / speaker simulators, but I think that's what I need? I have a line out that was installed, but something needs to be connected to the speaker/cab out, correct? What would allow me to use the amp, but run into the interface, instead of speakers?

Trying to keep this under $200.
