Neither the manual or the pedal specify AC or DC... Can anyone confirm?

Rant: ebay seller threw the pedal in a box with two pieces of crumpled paper... Not nearly enough. Box was crushed. No power supply ( to be fair he did not say there was one, but this pedal does not work with batteries, so one might assume... ). So no way to know if it even works ). /rant.

18vDC, center negative. The original adapter only had 150mA capacity, so you won't need a particularly powerful adapter to run the UV-1.

Thanks... That was my 'assumption', but unfortunately the documentation didn't specify AC or DC on the 18 volt (neither does the pedal), and I've had 18volt AC units before and learned the hard way to check or ask.
