hi, which one do YOU prefer of the both brands?

saw the nice edwards custom and i like the nitro top coat better than the ultra shiny play coat of my elitist custom...

still gassing for an edwards 58 junior dc! does anybody got pictures of the edwards junior?

Both are great guitars.

I prefer the Edwards.
But, that's because I wanted a LP Custom.
The Edwards has the correct ebony fretboard.
Where as the Elitist LPC board is rosewood.
Stil a great guitar.
But, I wanted ebony.

I prefer the ebony fretboard if it's a "Custom." That, and the Edwards has the nicer headstock.

Owned both.I kept the Edwards E-LP-98LTS. Had it about a year.Ended my gassing for a Lester. The Epi is a nice guitar and may be the one for you each to their own etc.IMHO the Edwards plays better sounds better and didn`t require any fret or nut work.Workmanship was very high out of the box. With all the Edwards hype lately I think one thing has not been mentioned. They are very stable, stay in tune for ever and intonation once set is stable.I would take either over a non VOS Gibson. Just my .02 cents worth. Good Luck!
