    Not sure exactly, but it looks like a western Euro type (IOW, it's a high quality tube).

    It does say made in W. Germany and there is a 320 on the top, but I couldn't match any codes with that.

    Could be a Telefunken. Check the center of the bottom of the glass, is there a <> shape embossed in the glass?

    Could also be a Brimar, but made in west germany is usually a Tele. Brimar made a solid plate too, like telefunken. Either way, they are better than mesh plate ones. The solid plate tend to be less microphonic.
