I have an Egnater Tweaker 40…I love the fact that it has 2 channels & a foot switchable fx loop. I dislike the fact that the chord for the pedal to control it is so short.

Any ideas on what to use instead or to extend it so I can switch channels & toggle the fx loop remotely?

A standard channel switching pedal only does the channels, which is cool but, I want to do the loop also. Lol

It's just a stereo (TRS) jack, isn't it? Any 2-button footswitch should work, but the easiest and cheapest way would be just to add a 1/4" (male-female) headphone extension cable to the end of the footswitch cable.

I thought that was all I needed but wasn't sure so I figured I would ask before buying one.... Lol

I have one that was made for a different amp & the cable disconnects from the pedal, I wish some one made one for switching chan & fx loop.

    Thank you for clarifying.
