I've recently obtained an EHX Holy Grail pedal.
Everything seemed fine until I put it in the same signal path and downstream of my Tube Screamer.
With both pedals on the same mains supply, there is a wailing sound like a faint siren which is resolved only by removing either of the pedals from the signal path (not really an option) or powering them from separate supplies (damned inconvenient).
I've heard of noise issues with amps being on the same supply as pedals, but not a problem like this with one particular pedal.
Is this normal for a Holy Grail?
Is there anything I can do to prevent it?
Cheers...
