Hey guys, I just picked up an ElCap new from my local shop the other day. However, when trying it out I found that when it's on, I have NO dry signal. The only thing coming through my amp is the wet, delayed signal. I'm powering it correctly (using a 4x4), tried left (recommended), right, and both outputs. Even in stereo, I just get the wet signal to both amps. I've moved the mix knob all over the place, changed all the settings, changed cords, so I just don't know what to do. The dry signal comes through fine when the pedal is off.

    Thoughts? Thanks!

Maybe open it up, and make sure the input is set to Mono (not Stereo).

Apart from that AND restoring it to the default settings....id say take it back.

Could the preamp knob be turned to zero on the secondary functions?
