Based on feedback from members, we have decided to not go ahead with those changes. However, it has also highlighted that we need some community input into what is working and what is not working for members here. Primarily focused on the Emporiums, we'd like input on your thoughts about TGP and how things work in the Emporiums for you and how you'd improve them. The discussion thread on the is here!

Hey guys...I hope this isn't a repost, but I did a search and didn't find anything. Anyways:

I'm putting in EMG's this weekend, and I had a question. The wires that I have to solder to the push-pull volume pot for the EMG 89 are color coded, but the prongs on the pot are not. Does it not matter which wire goes where, as long as they are all connected, or does a certain color wire have to go to a certain prong? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but you'd think the EMG instructions would explain this since the schematic has no comments on wire color.

    Thanks!

of course the wires have to go to the exact right prong!

it should be right there in the picture diagram.

Well, I figured it was a dumb question...but the EMG 89 has about 7 wires coming out of the main lead, and the schematic doesn't indicate how to differentiate which wire is which or which prong is which. Has anyone wired an 89 that can help with this?
