Yes, I've gone through and read some thoughts on the Tonker, which I am curious about. But since tonal descriptions in words are a difficult bet, may I ask you guys with direct experience with some speakers I am very familiar with how would you describe the Tonker's voice.

So in comparison/reference to an Emi RWB, a Swamp Thang, or an EVM12L, how would you describe the Tonker? Thanks!

Very focused in the mids - more punchy than RWB or EV.
They are clean too. With eh right amp and player they can
    be great.

If you have a mid heavy amp it will probably be "too much of a good thing"

Big and bold sound chimey top and big bottom. Will stay cleaner than a Governor but sounds good overdriven as well.

Thanks, guys. "Mid-heavy amp" ...hmmm. Well I'm thinking of trying it out as a replacement to the OEM Mesa Celestion 90 in an open-backed 112 Mesa cab for my Boogie MKIII. So yeah, I am trying to attenuate just a bit of the mids here. Of course, I am entertaining the possibility of an EVM12L, but since I already have one in my Thiele cab, I'd like a compliment to the EVM here. Thoughts and suggestions welcome!
