Wow, what is that thing? The sound clips are absolutely nuts.

Not seeing a price scares me.

I emailed empress about a price, he said somewhere between 400 and 450.

There have been some threads on it (or a thread). Although I have the Empress Trem, this delay is too rich for me.

Steve brought a proto by my house last week - it's freakin' awesome!
Quiet, dynamic, intuitive, versatile, small foot print, 9v power, etc...
Looks cool, sounds better. Price will be reasonable for all it does and the fidelity it has...
Gonna be a couple of months till released, I think.

Yeah, it's been discussed for sometime now. The clips have been up for awhile too. The picture is fairly new and seems to have sparked some new(er) threads to appear.

It's seems bigger than it is. When I look at the measurements and then look at the picture...it just seems so much bigger than I guess it really is. I'd like to see a shot of it next to something so I can get some perspective on it's scale.

It's only a bit bigger than their Tremolo.
Their Trem case is approx. 5" x 3" and 1.5" tall.
The Delay perhaps adds .5" to 1" to the Trem dimensions...
So, approx. 6" x 4" x 2" tops, if memory serves correct (which jives w/ their website).

The double speed reverse setting sounds really close to the shimmer effect from a lot of rack units.

Wayne, I notice that there are presets but no display window. How do you know which of the 8 presets you're on?

Good question - Steve quickly showed me the preset function, but I didn't think of this... I'll ask him and get back to ya...

    Follow-up reply from Steve:

    Hey Wayne,

There are little lights under the knobs, five of them, which let you know
what preset your in. We're going to be putting up videos soon to show
    exactly how it should work.

    Steve

Man, just found out about this when looking for info on the Empress tremolo...this is an amazing delay; looks like the Goatkeeper of delays, actually. Can't wait to check it out.

Man... I love the trem... and I've been thinking about a Timefactor... but I think this is going to compete with it. I know the Timefactor has the screen, and other things. But to be honest, I'll never use them. This pedal sounds awesome, doesn't look as "techy" as the timefactor, and has some sweet reverse options. I wonder how the looper will work/sound... any updates on this would be greatly appreciated!

Well I was set on a Retroman or a Timefactor. Guess I will wait a little bit to see when this pedal is available. Just sold my G-system. Way noisey! Very disappointed. Yes I worked with the levels and many other things.
