Do the internal controls make a noticeably difference for add/cut of bass or treble?

Does it goose a dirt pedal pretty well?

Is it a keeper?

seeing as how you pretty much have played most of the cooler devices out there, if you had to put together a best of gtr/pedalboard/amp rig, what would you select and why?

i definately leave it on all the time. at about 9 o'clock. ITs awesome. i truly havnt messed with the inside switches much, but how it comes stock is kinda a neutral eq setting. and you can mess from there. Yea it adds some beef to my Cranked ac pedal and just kinda sweetens the whole deal up. However with my OLD 48 gibson br-9 its a little sensitive to what the imput load is.

its awesome. And for 120$ leave it on and forget about it. Its a sweet sweet pedal

i just played the ep-3 at NAMM and it was very cool. added more muscles to the ac booster it was coupled with

I haven't messed with the internal controls on mine but it absolutely gooses a dirt pedal nicely.

Sorry (don't mean to hate) but listening to the demo, that reverb just killed me. Seriously took away from being able to hear the pedal and any clarity. IMHO

Very noticeable difference if you fool with the internal dipswitches. When I got mine the previous owner had it set up for maximum bass - I flipped a few switches and bingo back to a cleaner but still warm thing.

Great playing, but agree that the reverb detracts. IMHO this is the best boost around. I turn the fat boost on and love the warmth you get from this pedal. Turn the treble boost on and you get into SHO territory.

Hey Jack,

Have you also tried the ClinchFX EP-pre? The EP-pre my first and only on all the time pedal, curious how this compares.
