Would it need to be a legally distinct soundalike so you don't get sued for implying a celebrity endorsement? Same with the paint job - does EVH have that trademarked?

I'd have concerns about both of those, but I suspect the liquor license would be the more immediate and substantial hurdle.

    Any other native NY’ers?

In the 60’s, the two main ice cream truck co’s in my Brooklyn neighborhood were Bangalo Bar and Good Humor.

When the Bungalow Bar truck drove up, we’d sing,

    “Bungalow Bar,
    Tastes like tar,
    The more you eat it
    The sicker you are!”

For the Good Humor truck, we’d chant,

    “If you eat Good Humor
    You’ll get a tumor!”

It's the Turkey in the Straw in my neighborhood. It's a seriously sketchy looking converted Dodge Caravan. Eeeewwwwwwww.
