I played this tune on my PRS DGT with a 5909 in the neck. Neck pup only this time. I'll do more later.
PS, this is just a real quick one take guitar track. Not my backing track either. I wasn't being too fussy just letting you hear the guitar.. anyway, hope you enjoy. Thanks for taking the time to listen

one of my favorite tunes...can remember seeing santana at the piers on 42nd st in the 80's...was working for Blimpie, but when the show would start...it was Blimpie's for joints.......hahahha. You do the song justice, good feel and emotional content

Nice cover! Have you tried this one, "En Aranjuez Con Tu Amor" (Rodrigo) by Santana on the Santana Brothers album?

Thanks for sharing your playing with us.

    Kind regards,
    Steve

Excellent playing and tone! ! I played Europa for my sister at her wedding about 30 years ago,it was her and her husbands wedding song. Another one of my Santana favorites is Samba Pa Ti.

Bravo! Nice playing and great tone! Please, what amp, pedals, rack equipment, etc.?

The original sound on Santana's recording of it seems very compressed. Did you use a compressor?

    Again, Bravo!

Man that takes me back. I spent many an hour listening this tune and dreaming as a kid. Nailed it - really did. Bravo.
