Yes, in short for this kind of issue start by checking/cleaning/reseting all main cables/connections between boards (including that big & fragile ribbon cable), front and backplates; and if you still have the issue same with the eproms.
This solved all those kind of strange behavior issues I've had on mine over the years.

Do you mean if I still have this issue after cleaning..I should change the eproms??

Also, I use this for cleaning electronic product...it works on H3000 too?

No, I meant to try cleaning/reseting the eprom connections also sorry if I was not clear.

I don't know of those CRC products but any standard good electronic contact cleaner should be just fine.

Have you disconnected / cleant / reset the big ribbon cable in particular that goes from the mother board to the front panel? (and same for all the main detachable cables that are connecting the different boards to panels & power supply)

That ribbon cable seems soldered to the board..but I will have a look
....I believe sth is not clean too..because the unit was working fine.

Just tried deep clean the board again and found that two IC has rusty legs, not sure whatever the problem is caused by this or not, but worth checking it out.

But now I can't fully clean it unless I pull it out from the board. Any tools or ways to remove it from the board. Just worry I will damage the board myself.

Ideally you should use an IC extractor like this:

I got one with the IC's when I upgraded mine from SX to SE.

I don't know if that changed with later versions, but on my "blackface" one the ribbon cable is not soldered to the main board, it's plugged in a connector (that it, is surface mounted & soldered to the board). Be careful when unplugging the ribbon cable, it is quite fragile and has tiny small pins that are inserted in that board mounted connector.
Unplugging, cleaning those pins & connector contacts, and resetting the ribbon fixed a couple of similar display/bug issues on mine.
