Excellent Customer Service From Long Hollow Leather.

    I own a Long Hollow Leather guitar strap.

    It's always been slightly the wrong length but I've lived with it.

    I decided to call them today to see if I could send it in and have more adjustment slits punched in the strap.

    I phone up, the nicest gentleman gets on the phone and takes my request - says just send it in and he will make the adjustments for free, just return postage.

    I hung up happy.

    He phones me back a couple of minutes later and suggests that instead of adding all of the extra slots, he can send out a shorter tail piece which would give me what I am looking for.

    Great idea I say - the cost? Nothing. Just send back the original tail piece when the new one arrives.

    I'd just like to give a public thank you to those fine folks.

    I love their straps and would not hesitate to buy another one plus they seem to really care about their customers.
