Anyone know if its possible to export an Amplifire IR to use with S-Gear? I would love to use a few of the Fender\Vox cabs.

You can't export any IRs from the Amplifire
You can use any WAV format IR on Amplifire using the PC software

Is there a way to convert the Amplifire IR's?

Has anyone made their own IRs? I tried one with my EVH cab using Apple's impulse response utility, it seemed to work after following the steps but once I imported in amplifire I barely heard anything at all?

i think to protect 3rd party presets Or even their licensed cabs they dont want to offer that.
but it should be locked down better, because there is a way to hack.
