I may have done this thread before but...
When you're a little hung over on the way to the office a fast-food breakfast is just the way to go. I know it's poison but to me breakfast is the only fast food worth having.
In that spirit give me your fast food breakfast power ranking:
    1 Mickey D's
    2 Chik Fila
    3 Hardee's
    4 BK
    5 everyone else

Your body is craving when hung over, best thing, some yogurt (couple of heaping teaspoons) and and some tomato juice before you leave house.

But nothing beats a sausage/egg/cheese biscuit from Mc D's and a small 2% milk on way to work.

Slow down a little, enjoy a healthy breakfast. Your body will thank you...

It never fails: the anti-fast food crew can't resist crapping on fast food threads with the ferocity of having ingested four triple-decker gorditas at Taco Bell a half hour earlier.

Back when I used to be in your situation frequently, McDonalds breakfast burritos did the trick. Second were burgers for breakfast at BK.

Taco Bell breakfast is the king of all fast food breakfasts. Period.

But a close second is the bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich at McD's.

1 - I never stop for breakfast, but did this morning because I was just too tired to cook as i normally do. Love their coffee though I probably shouldn't. 2 sausage burritos and a hasbrown; all covered in salsa. i don't drink, but I'd imagine it's the perfect hangover food

2- Glorious stuff; don't care for their coffee, have been known to burn the heck out of my mouf on their chicken biscuits in haste to eat that MSG laden work of art

3 - Some of the best biscuits around, sadly they take 20 minutes for every order these days it seems. I don't have that kind of time

4 - Decent at best, though they did have an iced coffee drink of some kind back around 2009 that absolutely destroyed everything. It was cold and you could order it with no ice....oh man. They changed to Seattle's Best...and well....(joke about if that's Seattles best, blah, blah, you get the idea)

5 - we have a Bojangles nearby that kind of rules all the other competition above; everything they have is great

I just snort a couple lines of powdered sugar and then chase it with 4 shots of 151 rum first thing. Feel like a new man after that :red

One of the perks of living in Brooklyn is the bagel joints. Fast food places are few and far between in my area (save for Starbucks which I avoid) but sausage egg and cheese on a toasted whole grain everything bagel is the ultimate hangover kryptonite.

I dont usually do breakfast, 10am is the earliest I tend to eat, with one caveat.

    Alcohol.

    If I've been drinking, I'll wake up and want something evil. I created a disgustingly filling sandwich when I was in my early 20s. It was;

    a) 2 rashers fried bacon
    b) 2 fried eggs with runny yolk
    c) field mushrooms sauteed in butter
    d) 3/4 slices of toast to turn it into a 3-4 layer sandwitch (australian colloq; sanga)

The more mushroomier the flavor of mushrooms, the better. The runnier the yolk, you got something to dip the leftover crust in when its all done and gone (weeps)

That said, I've sometimes returned from boozy night out/fishing expeditions and called into Mickey D's (as much as I despise their cardboard flavored food) and get the bacon and egg mcmuffin (eggs benedict clone) and an iced coffee (americans - google farmers union iced coffee)

Hardee's has the great biscuits, made from scratch daily, not frozen. They are tough to beat.
