These aren't generally considered "bad" by any means, but IMO are criminally underrated and overlooked by many for various reasons:

Runaway Train - Maybe a bit too blue collar for some, but a gritty pulp-like film with A+ performances by both Jon Voight and Eric Roberts.

Very Bad Things - A classic dark comedy with a great cast, but it seems that many didn't quite 'get it', and couldn't reconcile its intent.

It’s so bad it’s amazing. There is a US VHS release or an Australian PAL/region 4 DVD (and a Dutch region 2 release)

    Well worth the $5!

I’m not a pot smoker, but I find pot-fueled humor to be pretty funny.

Cabin Boy. I love it, but it seems only a couple of my old friends love it like I do. Many folks I mention it to don’t care for it.

This might be cheating, but I'm going to nominate the whole Death Wish franchise.

since i specialize in movies that are often considered "bad" i don't think i could just pick one. of course i have to wonder if some of you have seen really "bad" movies as some titles suggested are well respected.

    i'll list a few ummm....guilty pleasures....

THE GIANT CLAW (1957) the special fx in this are really laughable. fun movie though

BRUCE LEE IN NEW GUINEA (1976) yeah the real Bruce of course wasn't even alive when this was made. instead we get Bruce Lee impersonator Bruce Li (real name Ho Chung Tao). total kung fu cheez fest that is every bit as good as the name suggests. to be fair Bruce Li did have some actual kung fu skills.

GAMERA THE INVINCIBLE (1965) giant flying, fire breathing turtle that has a soft spot for kids. total Godzilla wannabe. again really fun but yeah it's pretty bad.

Seems like I’m one of the few people who enjoyed the movie MORGAN. Lots of hate for that one, but damned if it wasn’t a decently-made time killer.

Also, there was a cool throwback practical effects horror movie called THE VOID that most people I know did not like, but that one just made me so damn happy.

Also, HOT ROD is a damn near perfect big dumb comedy.

I was in the Navy on a ship in the middle of the Atlantic when I read “Sphere”, and I remember getting to the last several pages, I mean, I had about 2 millimeters of book left and thinking: “What a cool adventure but how on earth is he going to wrap this up???”

    Spoiler: poorly.

And the movie did the same thing.

UHF a bad movie? Perish the thought!

What about Road Trip or Bubble Boy for some good, tacky, mindless humor?
