I saw that one too that'll keep me busy for a long time. The accents are still a bit unattainable at my skill level but getting there!
I think i can relate.. i still have problems with even simplest fills, but some of these lessons really helped. Like when i was running from one side of the drumset to the other and i somehow got to the point of no return, that's when the paradiddles became extremely useful. :D

Stanton Moore has a lot of cool lessons on the subject, too! Godspeed!

RLL RLL RLL RLL - paradiddle .. maybe also 3 and also 2x RLL.. LRR ?
and inverted paradiddles RLLR LRRL i like Rob Brown but some of these vids
'want' you to put things into your head, that aren't very useful (to me) i would
maybe never use '4' repetitons one hand.. but ok that's just me..
you could also phrase some notes on L tom and floor tom (R)
para-diddle-diddles are cool too, and you can phrase them as sixtuplets aswell..
