All the early AC/DC stuff and all the early Blue Oyster Cult. Loved the guitar tones.

...and a good call on Zappa!
Lots and lots of amazing SG tones, but one that immediately comes to mind is "Rat Tomago" on Sheik Yerbouti.

    1. I believe most of Robbie Krieger's(Doors) work was on an SG. Some beautiful tones.
    2. Bill Frisell
    3. How Long-Eagles(believe it or not it is an SG paying country steel bending licks)
    4. As stated, Crossroads-EC. What more can you say?

Lots of great references. My first really good guitar I got in the mail. A brand new 68 SG. I also had a mint 61(unbelievable) and another 68. I have never seen a modern one come close to the old ones. Fenders are easy to duplicate but the quality of the mahogany and rosewood on the old SG's is very rare now.

No funny business, SG's into amps. Perfection.
