Fender Amp Information

I've been looking at buying a nice bedroom amp. Nothing big or too loud. I've read all of the threads about bedroom amps and they're good, but I'm looking for more info. What I need to find (if it exists) is a site that can give me price ranges and tonal info about fender amps. I seem to be drawn towards a champ or blackface. I need to try and understand the differences between pre and cbs amps. So if there are any sites that can help with my search, please let me know.

Thanks guys for those websites. The provide.net site seems to have a lot of good information. I've been out to the ampware site before but I my problem is my knowledge of fender amps. I admit it's pretty sad. Someone could walk up to my front door with an old fender amp and I couldn't tell you what it's worth. So my problem is if I want to buy a Fender amp what should I pay. Where can I go to see the current market price for amps? I've been checking ebay to see what the market is, but looking for values isn't that concrete.
