    Hi,

I was just wondering, what's the easiest way to tell if an amplifier was made in Mexico or the United States?

Reason I ask, I'd prefer to purchase a DRRI made in the states, but really can't tell. As much as I'd like to trust the salesman at the store about the model year and where it was made, I'm positive he has absolutely no clue.

I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure that DRRI's have always been made in the US Factory.

There are made in mexico ones, I think the production changed recently (2003 or 2004?).

    I could be mistaken though

And they're moving them to China from what I've heard. Adds new meaning to "Get The Lead Out."

Regardless of where they are made, most of the internals come from China. Only final assembly is done in the US or Mexico.
