No, THANK YOU for giving us something new, fresh, and positive to discuss. So amazing to see you using this opportunity to bring your designs to a bigger audience. Fender should be proud.

The guitar is BONKERS! I love everything about it! I just wish I was going to be the owner of the one at Wildwood!

Ron, your work is just incredible! You and Fender - I don't think a better pairing could have been made!

Ron Thorn is just kicking ass right now.
    It’s inspirational.

Nothing but good vibes from Fender these days.

    Intriguing.

I wish it was not 21 fret or sunburst, but besides that, nice!

I want one. I want it to have a fat neck with a 1 3/4 nut width. Everything else is perfect though. Keep up the good work Ron

I think I speak for everyone here when I say thank you for participating on this forum, Ron.

If you guys start doing teambuilt versions, I would totally order one. I have a 2017 Mustang California Special in white and black and would love one in Blackguard White Blonde with a 10/56 or '57 V with Fat '50s. :drool

This is by far the most interesting guitar design I've seen in a long time. I cannot afford the masterbuilt price tag, but if it ever gets to mass production I will be queuing to get one.

hey Ron, love this guitar. Master built is out of my range tho cash wise. Any news on this making it into the USA production line, or the team built custom shop line. Would crawl over broken glass for one of the lime gold ones

    Thank you!
There has been talks of offering it as part of the parallel universe line.
However, earlier in the year I designed a model for next year’ parallel universe line-up (not a Calif. Spcl.), so they didn’t want to flood it with Thornisms.
Plus, I kinda dig the fact that these are only available as a Thorn Masterbuilt for now. Call me selfish or prideful, but I feel owning one of these built by me will be a cool thing to have.
Talk about a dream come true: my “own” Fender Custom Shop model....sh*t, pinch me!!!
