1. The Gear Page is run by musicians for musicians. We listen, we learn and if we misstep we are not afraid to do the right thing. We proposed some changes to the Emporiums. Based on feedback from members, we have decided to not go ahead with those changes. However, it has also highlighted that we need some community input into what is working and what is not working for members here. Primarily focused on the Emporiums, we'd like input on your thoughts about TGP and how things work in the Emporiums for you and how you'd improve them. The discussion thread on the is here!

Whats the difference between the Fender Harvard, Princeton, and Deluxe Reverb circuits ? I have a silverface DR and was wondering what the difference is from the other two in sound and design.

The differences are too numerous to list.

If you can read schematics, go to www.schematicheaven.com and see for yourself.

The Fender Amp Field Guide is your friend:
    http://www.ampwares.com/ffg/

Has the schematics and layouts for all three amps. As Mike says, the differences are numerous, as is the case when comparing anything from the tweed era (Harvard) to the bf/sf era (DR), including models with the same names.

If you are talking about the tweed Princeton, in order of complexity:

    Princeton,
    Harvard,
    Deluxe Reverb

If you meant a BF or SV Princeton:

    Harvard,
    Princeton,
    Deluxe Reverb

Different tone stacks, different phase inverters, different everything really.
