Im considering buying a fender deluxe reverb head as I have 2 different speaker cabinets I could pair it with. Heres the question, the DR head has 2 speaker inputs, internal and external inputs but theres no impedance switch. so how would this affect me if I wanted to pair the head with a 1x12 cabinet with an 8 ohm speaker compared to when I wanted to use a 2x12 cabinet with 2 8 ohm speakers that I usually use in other heads at 4 ohms? how would this work?

Same Jack I'd say(internal/main), just a slight mismatch in IMP.

I'm not sure if it uses a switching jack or not for the external speaker, but if it's output tranny is built as robust as older DR, you can just plug the 4 ohm cab in the main jack and play.
