It looks good, Ill give it that. Best case scenario is that its real and refinished in which case $70k is still too high.

I can understand players born before 1960s buying vintage guitars for the sake of nostalgia. Some of them are financially well-established - $70k isn't a big deal.
But I can never understand players born after 80s buying that stuff with over a year's salary. Technology, guitar making included, has advanced over these years, not backwards.

Looks more legit than not, from those crappy pics. Either way, that's a $5000 case, at least.

I'll confess that I assumed this is a guitar that someone relicted themselves, but thought I'd post it anyway and let those more knowledgeable than me pick it apart. So far, it's fared better than expected.

The followup question is what is one really worth, if it's real and as described? It's purely academic. I'm not dropping $7k, let along $70k on a guitar!
