It's basically a US Strat w/ a cool stopbar, P90s and a boatload of attitude. And I dig it.

So, how hot are those P90s, you ask? Fancy that! It just so happens that I have a soundclip for ya :)
As always, I do not pretend to actually know how to play or sing... I am just here to have some fun!

Damn, because that's the color and model I'd want too! I was told Tuesday that my central heat/air was grossly undersized for my house and that I needed a new unit. The wife has cut the gear off and made that our new priority.

    ...shoot.

[IMG]I can honestly say I did not like mine, I liked my Ernie Ball Axis Sport and Super Sports 90's and Blues 90 better, McInturff's also, I think the only good side was the tone pot being versatile

And a chambered body. I have been looking for its sister the telesonic for awhile. They are hard to find.

I tried one out a couple of months ago and I was surprisingly underwhelmed by it. I blame most of it on the fact that it was the floor model so I'm sure it had seen quite a bit of abuse over time. However I just found the sound to be too thin and just lack the body I expect from a soapbar equipped guitar. They definitely are a very cool design and concept and I imagine a good quality one sounds great. It would be nice if Fender kept making different guitars like it or even reintroducing it (assuming the quality is decent). Either way very cool guitar and nice score. :)

Well, I don't know about the one you tried then, but this one drips with cool tones :)

Sorry to bump an ancient thread, but I'm looking for a 2 P90 guitar, and the Stratosonic seems very cool. Seen one for a very good price second hand.

Mojo, your TV Yellow one is absolutely awesome.

I never liked the stratosonic, but I absolutely loved those telesonics.
