I saw a Fender Tele at my local shop today. The only thing is I have never seen one before and I don't know even know what model it is. It is solid black with a rosewood fretboard. It has only one humbucker in the bridge position and one volume control. It has no fret marker except for a dragon like fret marker at the 12th fret.

Does anyone know what kind of Tele this is? The shop had it for pretty cheap and I'm just wondering what it was and if it would be worth it to get it. Thanks in advance!

    Need more data:

Is the neck thin? Can you tell which nation it is from (Korean, perhaps?).

What style of bridge was used? Conventional Pickguard, Conventional Control Plate?

What type of tuners? Set neck, by any chance?

That's what it sounds like. Korean made, came out with the Esquire GT and another one - maybe Celtic something or another? Either way, my buddy made good use of a GT for a long while.
