I see Duncans
Duncan Jason Becker Perpetual Burn pickups. This from the latest Carvin catalog - looks like they get released in February.
His original Numbers guitar wasn't a Carvin, was it?
It was a Peavey.
I rather like that.
I'd like that.
I think it's awesome that they are making a jason becker sig but I find the guitar to be butt ugly. Whatever, Jason Becker played some epic stuff on the original!
Sending best wishes to Jason along with so many others.
And pricing is actually reasonable...
Great price point...I have major gas for this guitar
I wish it were a Peavey, though, since I grew up playing a used T-60 and I always thought it was so cool that a known player used the same brand. This was before Eddie (and even Adrian Vandenberg) played Peavey's.
Nothing against Carvin (I own two Carvin guitars). I gotta say, they are making things I want these days.
very cool. I always like the "Fischer Price" look of that guitar.
Paradise did a JB guitar also.. but that headstock!
Yeah, even their "regular" headstock would have been better than that one-
Yep, that headstock is fugly!
I like the look of that Carvin. Would.
BECKER!!! Sweet guitar. It's cool that Carvin is adding his Perpetual Burn pickups as well.... I also really dig his earlier one.. .the neck through blue one. If you haven't, take a little time to check out his movie "jason becker, not dead yet". (can rent or buy it on iTunes) If you don't find a way to improve your own situation after watching that, there's something wrong with you... Huge inspiration as a player ended up becoming a huge inspiration as a person...
