I looked at this for a while (was a bit spends here in the uk, at the time). It was getting mixed reviews, which seems odd a sit seems like a DMM variant and that pedal gets nothing but love.

How are the repeats, would you say? Noisy, dark, bright...?

I found it overly dark and that the repeats distorted too easily. Didn't spent a ton of time with it though. I was accidentally sent it and then had to send it back, but played it for 30 mins before doing so ;)

Whatever version I would have played in a store. This was a brand new unit. The repeats might distort too easily... but I didn't run it with gain or anything.

Dark and dirty repeats is exactly why I bought one. I love it. The ML2 is still my all time favorite delay, but the Panther cub only needs 9v and is smaller, so it's on the board for now. Sounds great in the mix with the band.
