    INTOXICATION

I guess I splurged on this one-I will add bass too-there's no raving guitar solos-just some wah stuff & groove. Its a ska/funk song with vocals.

If any would like I can post it as a "Backing Track"-however dont ask me what the bridge chords are!!

Its Mark Kelso - #1 session drummer up here-we did his tracks via FTP-even tho he's not far from me.

And Johnnny Johnson on sax/flute who I've played with for over 20 years.
JJ just finished doing some clinics up here with Steve Gadd which I heard
    were stellar.

The hook is great, I could hear Donald Fagen singing that.
(not that your voice sound anything like his)
Great production and writing and the real drums and horn make
all the difference......great wha part too!

No-one sounds like Fagan thats fer sure-I think I tried once
    and gave myself a hernia.....!
I'm generally not a fan of dubled vocals-nor dubled anything[i mean strict dublin with the same sound]-i think i burned out on that in the 70s/80s-however I accidentally put the 2 vocs tracks up at the same time...its kinda a cool cheese!

thanks Sub-that you'd even mention the Dan in the same breath
    is.....well-blah-blah-woof-woof-ya know whadime talkin'bout!

how 'bout Bozz Scaggs on sterroids?

    thanks

That's amazing music, John. I wish I had a fraction of your talent. You should be rich, snorting coke off of leggy blondes' midriffs.

Dude... my wife said after a pause and not being exactly engaged in my interneting... "Hmmm... good." That's remarkable!!!

Damn this is nice, I'm smiling. Great voice, great phrasing, everything just flows in and out and underneath the apple tree superbly! Superfly John.
