1. During the first week of August 2020, we'll be upgrading the software TGP runs on to the currently available up-to-date version. The software version is a significant upgrade, so there will be some downtime as we do the work under the hood. We've got a team of professionals, including the software development company assisting the process. We've conducted substantial tests using backups of the current forum to ensure a smooth and successful upgrade. We've gone to great lengths on the design of the theme (aka 'skin' or look and feel) of the forum to offer a better user experience for members and visitors. The default theme will be new, yet clearly influenced by the classic TGP look. We will have a dark version of that also easily selectable. Also available will be a "Classic TGP" theme that closely matches the current theme you are accustomed to using with the current software. There is also an easy width adjustment to make it set width or expand to your window width for each theme. As we get closer, I'll update everyone so hopefully, no one will be caught by surprise.

    Suhr guitars are amazing .

I have a '15 Classic Pro I picked up from a pawnshop a couple of years ago for a crazy low price

    Everything was set up perfectly.

The only thing I had to do was adjust the saddles to my preference.

My Suhr is a lifer, and will never leave my guitar collection.

Thanks for making quality guitars John.

I bought a Suhr guitar and I had that condition from the factory. I returned it and had them re-cut a new nut.

John Suhr has really slipped these days! You're totally right. Man, the wheels have really come off there...

Congrats on the beautiful lefty! I'm left-handed but play rightie… I've got a Suhr Standard Pro and it's as good as it gets... Feels superb and plays so effortlessly. They really are all that and more! The build quality is second to none... Enjoy it as I'm sure you will! :D

Congrats on a gorgeous guitar! It sounds like you have nothing to worry about.
I just ordered a lefty Suhr classic t myself, but I don't think I'll see it this year. I'll just just have to try to think about something else for 11 months..

Yeah, looks a little close to the edge.
that always bugs me when the strings are too close to the edge.

but, with a tweak might be able to realign.

Mine looks similar. Low E passes over the inside half of the neck pickup pole. Middle and bridge are lined up.

I watched Mike Lull do that to a Strat of mine a couple years ago. It was terrifying to watch! It looks like a chiropractor move as much as a luthier move...

Yep, unless OP plays only "behind the back" style, this just isn't going to work out for him.

Noticing little things like that can be a little deflating (and easy to focus on!), but as others have said, it's a minor adjustment. At the end of the day, you are getting an exceptionally well-made guitar that will be super fun to play.

Loosen the bolts a hair, line it up, and tighten them.

Suhr customer service is amazing. I did have a neck issue after 4 years of owning my Classic T. I sent an email with a photo. Next thing you know, my guitar is shipped to Suhr, they hand-made a new neck specific to my body, and shipped it back. No haggling and no cost to me.

Congrats on the axe, fellow lefty!

This looks like iffy camera angles.
