Five years and I am still looking.

Been looking for an early Marshall 1936 cab. It seems that nobody is selling these things anymore. Thought about going the Avatar route, but those aren't supper cheap either. I keep thinking that surely I will find one soon, but 5 years has got to be some sort of record.

Why do you want a 1936 cab?

I have a VS212 that's boomy and rattley. I don't know if it's the speakers or the cab, but I haven't touched it in years. My 1965B is a million times better.

I want one when they were made of plywood.
I have a couple of Marshalls, including a JCM 800 from 82. I'd like to match the amp up with an early 1936 JCM 800 cab. I already have a 412 that I love.

Well, I took the plunge, and worked out a deal on the cab. Has the original speakers in it, unfortunately they are the g12m-70's,
