Apparently they are up to FM-3 announcement day (April 23, 2019) at just after 1PM EDT. So they are officially post-announcement and on the FM-3 waitlist.

    Really?
So have people changed their tune on no headphone version vs. waiting?

I think those who were outraged were a small but vocal minority. Most people on the AX8 waitlist did not post in the nuked thread.

exactly none of the people on the AX-8 list should have been expecting a headphone jack :p

Got on waitlist 5/1, not interested in non-headphone version, FM3 is perfect for me but I may just keep saving for another AXE III, Quad Cortex is still off in the distance but is an unknown, there is a Marshall JVM 410H in my neighborhood for $1250 that is sooo tempting but I hope I would know better, I like commas...

That's 3:49 EST. I'm 5:19 EST... I expect more wait, that is assuming it doesn't sell out by then.

I got on the end of May but have no interest in a non-headphone version. All my gigs have been canceled over the pandemic so the last thing I care about is the FM3. If we come through this in a few months and I resume gigs, I may get one but right now life has changed and we’re still n the beginning of this thing:

No one has any idea how many people are on the wait list... You could have 10 people in front of you or it could 500. These threads just end up with a lot of bad jokes or worse

Alternatively people are opting to wait for the headphone version and the progression through the list is happening more rapidly than if they didn’t.

This guy as one, the fuzz tone on the end of the song sounded really, really nice.

    Great cover too.

So many unsettling things happening right now. If the people were planning on buying an FM3 have all of their gigs canceled (mine have been as well for forseeable future) and people hold off on buying the FM3 and the new delivery of headphone version hasn't made it yet, what does that mean?
This must be shaking up the MI industry quite a bit (along with every other industry in the world!).

Was there ever a consensus on this for people to change their tune on? Some will wait for the HP version, some don't care. When your name comes up, buy the non-HP version if that meets your needs. Or not. Simple as that.

I suspect the AX8 and "pre-announcement" portion of the list was relatively small compared to the entirety of the list. If so, getting through just the first few hours of the "real" list is going to take a lot longer that it did to get through the AX8/pre-announcement portion.

And as you say, I'm sure some (many?) are passing due to cancelled gigs and uncertainty.
