KILLING ME. I spent 3 months living in a Florida bay, right in the clam bars. Caught reds, and more reds. All I wanted was my fly rod but it was 3000 miles away. :facepalm

I will return, and I will SLAY all of the fish.

Cool video. We may be snowed in but around these parts right now, we walk on water to fishing spots.

Yep. Snowed in just means ice fishing. :aok

Nice video. I definitely wouldn't mind being in that climate right now!

    Nice!
That provides a little relief from winter and reminds me that spring will be here soon.

Yes, great spot. I was out there maybe 50 miles from his spot last weekend and got skunked. Believe it or not, this is a slow time of year for redfishing in Louisiana. Feast or famine. IF you can find them, it can be good, but they'll really start coming in from offshore as the water warms up again.

Hmmmmm... step ladder strapped down to the deck for a casting platform.

    Nifty solution!

EDIT: I just noticed its not a stepladder, but apparently a portable/temporary casting deck that he's attached. I kinda like the redneck stepladder idea, though.

It is indeed a Werner step ladder from Home Depot. He's posted about his rig on our local forum.
