Fractal AX8 Setup Help?

I've read the setup section of the manual a number of times.

Here are my issues:

1) absolutely NO output. My interface isn't detecting any, I'm not hearing any. Running through the proper jacks.

2) my input is clipping nonstop, even eith the input pad on -10db. These are low output pickups, btw.

3) there are no presets on this unit whatsoever. Idk wtf the deal is.

Sorry guys. This is just frustrating me to no end. I can't even find a way to do a factory restore on this thing.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you bought this new I'd go to the Fractal forum and get some help via a support ticket.

Download Fractal Bot
Download Ax8edit
Download firmware 2.02
download factory presets.

hook up Ax8 to computer via USB
Using Fractl Bot, Reload firmware
Then reload factory presets.

Plug in guitar and check meters to see if signal is going into the unit.

Man that stinks... I had an issue with a competing unit, asked for help here.. Got an instant response and had a brand new unit at my door in 47 hours, even before I sent the faulty unit back... I hope fractal can compete on that level like their competitors do... All manufacturing has failures, it's the follow up from the company that can set them apart.. I would contact the company immediately for advice. IMHO

FX8 - I could shout it from the Mountain Tops - best fx/guitar related item I have ever bought...
