Hey all. Can anybody recommend a frequency analysis software system. I'm not wanting to mix tracks or anything. I just want to see the spectrum of my guitar tone c
I looked at blue cat audio, anybody make a suggestion? Thanks.
Hey all, I need your help. I've wasted the last 3 hours looking for a solution and messin' around.
I'm using Audacity for my DAW on a Dell laptop running 32bit. I downloaded Voxengo SPAN and Blue Cat. I can get both to show up in the 'effects' section of Audacity but neither one will actually do anything. When I try to pull up the Blue Cat frequency analysis I'm bombarded by error messages. When I pull up SPAN, I get there plug in to show but I cannot get it to actually analyze audio. If I have a track playing the SPAN plug in is greyed out. If I have SPAN open I cannot get Audacity to play a track .all I get is the ding error sound. If I use the Preview button on the lower right, I can get it to analyze about 30 milliseconds of audio as it flashes on the screen then goes away.
I downloaded Reaper last night as well. I couldn't see how to actually get span or blue cat started. I saw a YouTube clip in Spanish that showed some guy doing it. I could pull up a window that listed the Dx and VST plugins but neither was there. Any help? Thanks
